We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, ordering a package, or contacting us:

- Payment and transaction details processed through Stripe
- Uploaded content: Photos and videos shared by hosts and guests.
- Metadata: Timestamps and camera technical details from uploaded files.
2. How we use information
We use collected data to:
- Host event galleries and stream the Live Wall;
- Process payments and receipts;
- Maintain platform uptime and security.
3. Information sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with necessary service providers like Stripe for billing and cloud infrastructure for file hosting.
No AI training. Uploaded photos and videos are never used to train machine learning models.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain user authentication and session security.
We track aggregate, anonymous visitor numbers to understand site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, do not track across other websites, and respect Do Not Track browser headers.

Files and account data are encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using cloud storage encryption.
