1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the Afterstory website and event hosting services.

By creating an account or hosting an event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Intellectual property

We own the software, designs, trademarks, and documentation for Afterstory. You receive a license to use the service for your personal or commercial events.

3. User contributions

Ownership. You and your guests retain full ownership of all uploaded photos and videos. You grant Afterstory a license to store, process, and display your media solely to deliver the service.

You confirm that you have the right and permission to upload all submitted content.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload abusive content, or interfere with platform security.

5. Service limitations and liability

Platform infrastructure. Afterstory provides hosting and live display tools. We are not responsible for the actions of event guests or the quality of uploaded media.

Backups. While files are stored redundantly, we recommend downloading your event archive after the celebration. We are not liable for accidental loss.

6. Payments and billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Pricing is displayed before checkout and all fees are in Euros (€).
